Barbeque Sauce

1 Jar (12 Oz.) Apricot preserves
1/4 Cup Red wine vinegar
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Medium Garlic clove, crushed
1/4 Cup Brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
In blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Great for basting chicken and spareribs.
