Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 12 Oz. Jar Apricot Preserves
  • 1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 Medium Garlic Clove (Crushed)
  • 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  1. In blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Great for basting chicken and spareribs.
