Sesame Seed Dressing
1 Tbsp. Butter
3 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
1/4 Cup Sunflower oil
1/3 Cup White wine vinegar
1 Tsp. Sugar
Salt and pepper
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté sesame seeds until golden. Let stand to cool. Add other ingredients and mix well.
Yield: 1/4 cup
