Apricot Shrub

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 5 Fresh Apricots
  • 1 Orange Peel
  • 3 Cups Ginger Ale

Instructions

  1. Pit and slice apricots and put in ½ cup of Apple Cider Vinegar.
  2. Peel the orange and put the peel in ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar.
  3. Place in refrigerator for 3 days.
  4. Puree the apricot mixture and combine with orange peel mixture
  5. Add the ginger ale and serve ice cold.
