Organic Italian Vinaigrette


Makes 1 cup
2 tablespoons filtered water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons organic Italian red wine vinegar
1/2 cup organic extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon organic honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried minced onions
1/4 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender, mason jar, or bowl (with a whisk) and combine until smooth and emulsified
