Dutch Spinach Salad
Appetizers
Cook Time: 15 mins
Ingredients
6 Cups Fresh Spinach (Bite-Sized Pieces)
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
4 Slices Bacon (Diced)
1/4 Cup Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Place spinach and onion in a large serving bowl; set aside.
In a skillet, sauté bacon until crisp; remove from heat.
Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
Slowly pour hot dressing over spinach and onion; toss and serve at once.
Notes
Yield: 4 to 6 portions
