Apricot Shrub

Prep Time 3 days


  • 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 5 Fresh Apricots
  • 1 Orange Peel
  • 3 Cups Ginger Ale


  • Pit and slice apricots and put in ½ cup of Apple Cider Vinegar.
  • Peel the orange and put the peel in ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar.
  • Place in refrigerator for 3 days.
  • Puree the apricot mixture and combine with orange peel mixture
  • Add the ginger ale and serve ice cold.
