Chiffonade Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/3 to 1/2 Cup Wine Vinegar
- 1 Cup Salad Oil
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Finely Chopped Hard-Cooked Egg
- 1 Tsp. Minced Onion
- 1 Tsp. Chopped Green Pepper
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a bowl or covered container; mix until well blended.
- Set aside to blend seasonings.
- Shake each time before using.
- Refrigerate unused portion.

Yield: About 1-1/3 cups
