Chiffonade Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/3 to 1/2 Cup Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Salad Oil
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Finely Chopped Hard-Cooked Egg
  • 1 Tsp. Minced Onion
  • 1 Tsp. Chopped Green Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl or covered container; mix until well blended.
  2. Set aside to blend seasonings.
  3. Shake each time before using.
  4. Refrigerate unused portion.

Yield: About 1-1/3 cups
