Chiffonade Salad Dressing
Salad Dressings
Prep Time: 20 mins
Ingredients
1/3 to 1/2 Cup Wine Vinegar
1 Cup Salad Oil
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 Finely Chopped Hard-Cooked Egg
1 Tsp. Minced Onion
1 Tsp. Chopped Green Pepper
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a bowl or covered container; mix until well blended.
Set aside to blend seasonings.
Shake each time before using.
Refrigerate unused portion.
Notes
Yield: About 1-1/3 cups
