There are a minimum number of people that must participate to make the Behind the Scenes with a VIP Warner Brothers Studio Tour available. The number of people required and the total cost is listed below. It is critical that we receive your registration form promptly because all activities must be prepaid, and the number of participants confirmed before January 13, 2017! No refunds for activities will be given after January 13th. You will be notified if any of these activities must be cancelled. On-site registration for activities will be based on availability, and an additional processing fee may apply. Please note that if you sign up for an activity on-site during the Meeting and there is availability, you must present a credit card or the cost will automatically be charged to the credit card number we have on file at Headquarters.

We appreciate your cooperation in meeting the deadlines given so that we can avoid additional costs!

Behind the Scenes with a VIP Warner Brothers Studio Tour (Sunday, March 5)
1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Cost per Person:  $155

Warner Brothers Studios’ VIP Tour is an insider’s look at one of Hollywood’s busiest and most famous motion picture studios, past and present.  This is an intimate, historical and educational behind-the-scenes view of an actual working studio.  The tour begins with a short film showcasing the movies and television shows created by Warner Bros. talent over the years.  Guests are then escorted via tour carts to the Warner Bros. Museum, a true archive of filmed entertainment history.  From the Museum, guests visit the back-lot sets, sound stages and craft/production shops.  As guests meander through the studio on the VIP tour cart, anything can happen:  perhaps a celebrity sighting or a shoot just wrapping up on an exterior set!

No lunch is provided; please plan to eat lunch before departing.
Minimum Number of People Required:  13

Palos Verdes Golf Club (Monday, March 6)
11:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Cost per Person:  $230

The course at Palos Verdes Golf Club is a perfect example of architects George Thomas and William Bell’s genius.  While not long in length at 6219 yards, their use of the natural terrain, barrancas, creeks and hills while taking into account prevailing westerly ocean breezes combined with small greens, extensive bunkering, narrow fairways with strategically designed landing areas, presents a challenge for golfers of all levels.  Members have taken great care in preserving the original design and routing of this masterpiece.  The front nine is known as a “perfect nine” in that there are no two consecutive holes of the same par.  Thirteen of the original eighteen holes have ocean views.  The views make playing this gem a memorable experience.  With four sets of tees it is likewise enjoyable and challenging for players of all abilities.  Fore magazine recently referred to it as “the hidden gem” in Southern California.

Lunch will be provided on the carts.  Transportation will not be provided, so carpooling is recommended.

Includes lunch, greens fees, a round of 18 holes and shared golf cart
Rental Clubs:  $50

If you need rental clubs, it is imperative that you indicate this when registering as the Golf Club has limited sets available and may not be able to accommodate last minute requests.

WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION IN MEETING THE DEADLINES GIVEN TO HELP US AVOID ADDITIONAL COSTS!
