Vinegar Pie

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1.5 Cups Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine (Melted)
  • 1.5 Tbsp. Cider or White Distilled Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 9- inch Frozen pie shell (Defrosted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 350ºF.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, butter, vinegar and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake until firm, about 50 minutes.
  5. Cool on a rack.
  6. Serve garnished with nuts or whipped cream, if desired.
