Dieter’s Salad Dressing
Salad Dressings
Prep Time: 2 hrs
Ingredients
1/2 Cup California Sauterne or Other White Dinner Wine
1 Tsp. Cornstarch
1-1/2 Tsp. White Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
¾ Tsp. Seasoned Salt
1 Tsp. Poppy Seed
Instructions
Combine wine and cornstarch in small saucepan and cook, stirring constantly until mixture boils and clears.
Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
Cool before using. Celery hearts, sliced mushrooms and raw zucchini slices are especially good with this dressing.
