Apricot Shrub
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 5 Fresh Apricots
- 1 Orange Peel
- 3 Cups Ginger Ale
Instructions
- Pit and slice apricots and put in ½ cup of Apple Cider Vinegar.
- Peel the orange and put the peel in ½ cup Apple Cider Vinegar.
- Place in refrigerator for 3 days.
- Puree the apricot mixture and combine with orange peel mixture
- Add the ginger ale and serve ice cold.
