The Many Varieties and Uses of Vinegar

Heloise touts some varieties and uses of vinegar in a King Features Syndicate on Cantonrep.com (Ohio).  Heloise notes, “We use different types of vinegar in our daily lives, such as cleaning and in salads.”  She recommends distilled white vinegar for corn, pickling and household cleaning.  She recommends balsamic vinegar for use in salad dressings and as a meat tenderizer and notes malt vinegar is good for fish and chips.
